Meet the Teachers
At Core 4 Pilates studio, each instructor brings a unique combination of training, experience, and perspective to their teaching.

Andrea Radonich
Founder, Owner, & Pilates Instructor
With over 13 years of teaching experience, Pilates has become so much more than a career for Andrea—it’s a passion that continues to grow every day. As a contemporary Pilates instructor, she loves utilizing all of the equipment in the studio and creating sessions that challenge her clients to become stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their bodies.
Andrea believes Pilates should never feel stagnant or routine. She consistently mixes up exercises and sequences to keep the body challenged and the mind engaged. She recognizes that every person is different, and every body is different from one day to the next, so she tailors each session to what her clients need that day—even in a semi-private setting.
One of the questions Andrea hears most often is, “When will I notice a difference?” Her answer is usually, “After your first session.” She believes clients may be surprised by how quickly Pilates can change the way they stand, walk, and move their bodies. With consistency, those small changes build into strength, confidence, and a completely different relationship with their bodies.
One of Andrea’s favorite parts of teaching is the relationships she has built with her clients. She has had the privilege of working with many of them for over a decade, and along the way, clients have become friends. She wants her studio to feel like a place where clients can work hard, get stronger, have fun, and laugh—a lot.
To Andrea, Pilates isn’t another thing to check off your to-do list. It’s a break from your to-do list.

Jennifer Kuyper
Pilates Instructor
Jennifer Kuyper has been practicing Pilates for 19 years and teaching for over 15. She completed her training through the Polestar Pilates program under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist and specializes in athletic, advanced-level classes designed for clients with prior Pilates experience or comparable movement training.
Outside the studio, Jennifer has a career in banking and is deeply involved in her community, serving on three nonprofit boards. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, reading, and helping others discover the strength, balance, and confidence that Pilates can provide.

Rebecca, MFA, NCPT
Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher
Rebecca has been teaching Pilates for 16 years and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT). She was classically trained but enjoys incorporating a contemporary flair to her workouts.
Rebecca is a professional fine artist, and her fine-tuned eye allows her to help clients become more aware of their faulty movement patterns, helping them to get their bodies back into balance. She has been a fitness enthusiast all her life and has engaged in many activities including water sports, snow sports, hiking, bicycling, and yoga. She has a passion for Pilates and maintaining a personal balance of a healthy body, mind, and spirit, as well as helping her clients experience this transformation for themselves.
Rebecca works on an intuitive level within the structure of Pilates, personalizing the individual workout, and strives to help each client overcome self-limitations. She believes that a healthy core enhances all movement and the way we carry ourselves in our daily lives. Rebecca has experience working with a wide range of clients and adapts exercises as needed to meet individual needs, including providing appropriate modifications for pre- and postnatal clients.

Tiffany Donnelly, NCPT
Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher
Tiffany has been teaching and educating on the Monterey Peninsula for 16 years, specializing in rehabilitation and movement therapy. She is certified in pre- and postnatal Pilates and is also TRX qualified. Her journey into Pilates began through dance, where she developed a love for movement and the connection between the mind and body. With a background in Kinesiology, she brings a thoughtful, individualized approach to working with clients of all abilities, including those navigating injury recovery, post-surgical movement, and other physical challenges.
Tiffany’s teaching style is personalized and grounded in a strong understanding of the body. In her small-group sessions, she looks at each client’s individual movement patterns, limitations, and goals, using Pilates as a tool that can be adapted to the individual rather than taught as a one-size-fits-all workout.
When she’s not teaching, Tiffany enjoys baking and spending time going on adventures with her husband and two little girls.

Melissa Hoy, NCPT
Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher
Melissa holds a BA in Dance and brings an extensive background in movement and dance instruction to her Pilates teaching. She began her Pilates education through Balanced Body and completed comprehensive teacher training at Pilates Monterey, a Pilates Method Alliance Registered School. A Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Melissa has been teaching Pilates for 11 years and maintains her credential through continuing education.
Melissa enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities but has a special heart for beginners and older adults. She has experience working with clients with osteopenia, osteoporosis, and Parkinson’s disease, as well as those recovering from breast cancer treatment or transitioning from rehabilitation. Her teaching incorporates restorative Pilates to help clients improve mobility, build core strength, and develop greater body awareness in a warm and supportive environment.
Melissa loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three cats, and taking walks around the Monterey Peninsula with a good playlist.
